Chef Frank Giglio will be putting together a 3 course dinner complete with plenty of snacks, bites, and beverages to enjoy around the fire pit while overlooking his spring fed pond. Come enjoy a dinner that features the very best food that mid coast Maine has to offer.
Steamed Mussels with fennel, kelp, leeks, fresh herbs, and grass fed butter
Grilled Roots & Wings Farmstead chicken, cornbread, stewed greens, mulberry BBQ
Blueberry clafoutis with whipped cream
