Garlic has a special place for us here at Three Lily Farm. Growing up in an Italian household, garlic was and is still a vital ingredient in the kitchen as well as in the medicine cabinet. Besides adding flavor to a variety of meals, garlic has a host of benefits.
 

Our garlic oxymel starts with the garlic which we grow organically here on the farm. After being harvested and properly cured, we infuse the cloves for 1 year in locally sourced apple cider vinegar. A touch of local honey takes the edge off and a smidge of rosemary adds just the right scent to this sultry elixir.
