Apple Cider Vinegar

In the fall of 2014, we harvested several bushels of apples from various trees on our property. They were washed, ground, and pressed under a beautiful autumn sky then poured into glass bottles and naturally fermented and aged.

The end result is an earthy, rich acidic flavor, undiluted, unfiltered, real, and raw. Tests results show 5.8% acidity, making it perfect for just about any culinary application.
