Spring is a wonderful time of year. After a long inter, the snow melts, and the landscape is eventually covered in a beautiful array of greenery. At this time, many plants are at their maximum nutrition and their essence is captured in these bottles of infused vinegar.
Wild harvested nettle, horsetail, wild marjoram, thyme, and sage are dried and infused into apple cider vinegar, an organic product we source from a nearby orchard. After a few weeks, the vinegar is strained and bottled.
I enjoy making dressings from this flavorful vinegar or taking a 1/2-1 ounce shot as a daily supplement.
