Elderberry + Wild Mushroom Infused Maple Syrup

Over the years we have grown to love the combination of mushrooms and maple and are excited to offer a product made from the Maine landscape. All the mushrooms were foraged sustainably from Chef Frank and include a delicious combination of chaga, maitake, and reishi. The maple syrup was produced on our land in old-fashioned metal buckets and cooked over a hot fire. We also included elderberries, harvested right here at Three Lily Farm for a nice fruity compliment to the earthy mushrooms. 

Enjoy this earthy syrup just as you would over pancakes, waffles, and eggs, or for savory marinades and dressings. We enjoy mixing with Nama shoyu, rosemary, and garlic for a super tasty marinade.
